Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at GoldenDeerDesignsLLC@gmail.com. Please provide documentation of the product you purchased in the aforementioned conditions along with your reason for the return. Once you send the email you may send the product to the following address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. Note that this address may only be used for product return. Things such as notices or letters sent to this address will be returned to the sender, as they are not legally permitted to open correspondence that's not addressed to them.
If your return is accepted, you will have to pay for the second shipping and handling fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
At this time our store does not provide refunds. Please make sure you review all parts of your order to make sure you selected the right shirt color, size and design; your address is correct; and that your card information is correct before finalizing a purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, your new item will be shipped to you.
